This Privacy Policy explains how Oxana Fiscalization App collects, uses, and protects user information. This App is designed to provide fiscalization and account services through external authentication.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

This App does not support account creation. To access the App, users must log in using an existing account created by Kreatx upon Oxana Fiscalization Web Application Aubscription Activation. We process your username and password strictly for authentication purposes to grant you access to your account data.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To enhance security, the App may process temporary One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent to you (via email or SMS). This data is used only for real-time identity verification and is not stored after the verification process is complete.

2. Camera Access and URL Scanning

The App requires access to your device’s camera for the sole purpose of scanning QR codes or text containing a login URL.

Ephemeral Processing:
The camera feed is processed in real time solely to identify the URL. The App does not record, save, or transmit any photos, videos, or images from your device.

Purpose:
This access is used strictly to facilitate the login process by directing the App to the correct authentication server.

3. Fiscal Data

The App processes fiscal and transaction-related data provided by the user in order to:

  • Perform fiscalization operations and manage fiscal records
  • Support compliance with applicable local fiscal regulations

This data is used strictly for core app functionality and is never shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

4. Data Transmission and Security

All data exchanged between the App and its backend services is protected using secure encrypted connections (HTTPS). We apply industry-standard technical measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Account Management and Deletion

Since accounts are not created within this App, any requests for account deactivation or data deletion must be handled through the original registration platform (Selfcare).

To delete your account:
You may request account deletion by contacting our support team using the email address register@oxana.al.

Account termination:

Account is terminated if the customer will not reply within 3 days after subscription expiration notification or if the customer explicitly requests account termination. Upon voluntary termination the data is deleted immediately. In passive termination conditions the data is deleted within 1 month.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses essential third-party services for:

  • Secure authentication
  • Backend infrastructure
  • Performance monitoring

No third-party services are used for user tracking, advertising, or profiling.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

8. User Rights

Users have the right to:

  • Access their personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of their data
